Eventful Summer

Well, summer is right around the corner and that means that Ruca business is booming with new members, new games coming out and a whole lot of players on our servers. I can say for the whole team that we look forward to playing with you in our servers!

Team Ruca is coming close to it's year-and-a-half anniversery on July 27th, yep 18 months, already! Be sure to be online for that special meeting. You can also check up on our calendar for the regular meetings and member birthdays. See you this summer!

As the month of April is slowly drawing to a close, we are getting closer to our goal of having our new server up and operational. As of today we have all server components installed and working! Expect the official launch of Project Awesome to be here within the coming weeks.

Also in this weeks news, Bandit is hosting a TF2 3v3 Arena tourney on this coming Friday evening. If you would like to participate you can read up on it here. There will be some prizes being handed out along with possible promos.

Finally, with the recent DLC update to L4D, we will be playing some Survival and new VS games this weekend.

You will start to notice, we are doing many changes to our front page.
One of the major changes will be our Calendar.
We suggest you follow the calendar closely, and in our forums there will be topics associated with each event.

Just recently we put a TF2 server up with a normal map cycle, we have been playing it quite a bit, and would like to invite everyone to join us.

We will have events posted on the calendar to inform when these nights will come up.
Don't forget about our Ventrilo! We will always meet their before playing a big game.
Lately we have been using Ventrilo a lot and we would like to invite you guys to join us.

This month has been filled with changes! We would like to introduce our new ranks.
They were created to make standings in the group more simplistic.
We have also been moving forward on our new dedicated server.
Our 16gb of ram came in, along with our 2 Quad-Core processors.The only thing left now is our motherboard and case.
Our Gmod Build 1 has been down and we would like to apologize.
We will have it going as soon as possible but for the time being
we would appreciate it if you used our Build #2 located at 206.123.95.102:27017.
Lately we have been using Ventrilo a lot and we would like to invite you guys to join us.
